By using We Shoppers, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. Identity verification may be completed through Nafath or another accepted verification method. One account per person.
We Shoppers is a digital intermediary connecting clients with independent personal shoppers. We are not a party to the sale between them and do not manufacture, own, or ship the products ourselves.
We accept official currencies including SAR, USD, GBP, EGP, KWD, and others. Cryptocurrency is not accepted. The price you agree to before payment includes the product cost and service fees; customs duties, if any, are the client's responsibility.
You may not request, offer, or facilitate the purchase of any item that is illegal under the laws of Saudi Arabia, the shopper's country, or the destination country.
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the order stage. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Our liability is limited to the service fees paid on the transaction in question. Full terms are in our Liability Disclaimer.
Contact technical support first. If the matter is not resolved within 7 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We'll notify you in-app before any change takes effect. Continued use means you accept the update.
