1. Compliance with Regulations: It is strictly prohibited to trade any goods that violate the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, customs regulations, or goods that do not comply with Islamic law.
2. Financial Transparency: Users agree to pay the platform commission and the shopper's commission agreed upon in advance before starting the execution.
3. Shared Responsibility: The shopper is obligated to deliver the product in its original condition, and the client is obligated to provide clear and accurate specifications to avoid any confusion.
4. Withdrawal Policy: Once the purchase is completed by the shopper, the transaction becomes binding to ensure the rights of both parties from any financial losses.
