1. Eligibility & Identity Verification

Financial transactions are conducted in officially recognized currencies (SAR, USD, GBP, EGP, KWD, and other internationally recognized currencies) subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Payment via cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin) or any unofficial payment method is strictly prohibited.

  • The user must be of legal age (18+) or possess legally recognized contractual capacity
  • Mandatory account verification with National ID or Iqama via the Nafath government platform
  • Provision of accurate, complete, and current data — must be updated immediately upon any change
  • No multiple accounts for the same individual under any name or pretext
WARNING: Submitting a forged or impersonated identity is a criminal offense under the Saudi Cybercrime Law — immediately referred to security authorities.

2. Prohibition of Non-Compliant Goods

It is strictly prohibited to trade, request, or facilitate the purchase of:

  • Any goods violating Saudi regulations or Saudi Customs Authority rules
  • Goods non-compliant with Islamic Sharia (e.g. alcohol, products with prohibited ingredients)
  • Weapons of all types, ammunition, explosives, and hazardous chemicals
  • Pornographic materials or content offending public morals and Islamic values
  • Counterfeit, forged, or intellectual property-infringing products
Any violation results in immediate account suspension and referral to the competent authorities.

3. Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing & Financial Crime

MANDATORY: This section is non-waivable. Any violation exposes the perpetrator to immediate criminal prosecution under applicable Saudi laws.

3.1 Absolutely Prohibited Activities — No Exceptions

A — Money Laundering

  • Depositing illicitly obtained funds or re-circulating them through the platform to legitimize them
  • Transaction structuring / smurfing to evade reporting thresholds
  • Using fictitious or multiple accounts to obscure the trail of funds
  • Conducting sham transactions (fictitious purchases) for the purpose of transferring funds
  • Using other people's names or identities to conceal the origin of funds

B — Terrorism Financing & Dealing with Prohibited Entities

  • Sending money or goods in any form to terrorist organizations or individuals on terrorism watchlists
  • Transacting with any entity listed on UN, OFAC, or Saudi watchlists
  • Routing payments that support terrorism directly or indirectly
  • Using the platform to transmit encrypted messages of an inciting or terrorist nature

C — Narcotics & Controlled Substances

  • Buying, selling, facilitating, or delivering any narcotic or psychotropic substance in any form
  • Ordering chemical precursors used in the manufacture of narcotics
  • Concealing narcotic shipments inside legitimate orders
CRITICAL: Drug trafficking penalties in Saudi Arabia can extend to capital punishment. The platform is legally obligated to report any suspicion immediately without exception.

D — Financial Fraud & Other Prohibited Acts

  • Using stolen or unauthorized credit cards or bank accounts
  • Providing false information to obtain undeserved services or refunds
  • False non-receipt claims to obtain fraudulent refunds
  • Using the platform to transfer funds linked to human trafficking or organized crime

E — Sanctions Evasion

  • Transacting with any individual, entity, or country subject to UN, OFAC, or Saudi sanctions
  • Transferring funds to blacklisted regions or countries
  • Any attempt to circumvent financial monitoring systems by any method

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) & Due Diligence

  • Identity verification via Nafath — mandatory with no exceptions for all users
  • Cross-referencing submitted data with Saudi government databases
  • Real-time name screening against domestic and international sanctions and terrorism watchlists
  • Enhanced due diligence for PEPs, their associates, and users from high-risk countries per FATF
  • AI-powered transaction monitoring for detecting unusual patterns in real time

3.3 Mandatory Reporting & Immediate Actions

  • Immediate reporting to SAFIU and Presidency of State Security for any suspicious transaction
  • Immediate account freezing without prior notice upon suspicion — pending decision from competent authorities
  • Retention of all transaction records for a minimum of 10 years
  • Full cooperation with investigating authorities and provision of all requested records and data

4. Financial Transparency

  • Platform and shopper commissions agreed and disclosed in advance before execution begins
  • Displayed price includes: product price + service fee + shipping + applicable taxes — shown in the agreed currency
  • Saudi customs duties are calculated separately and are borne by the client
  • Payment via cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) or any unofficial payment instrument not recognized by regulatory authorities is strictly prohibited
NOTICE: Only officially recognized currencies are accepted. Payment via cryptocurrencies or any unofficial payment instrument is strictly prohibited.

5. Shared Responsibilities

Personal Shopper Obligations

  • Deliver the product in its original condition — unopened, unused, and unmodified
  • Provide the original invoice and official receipts for all purchases
  • Immediately report any obstacle before proceeding with the order

Client Obligations

  • Provide clear, accurate, and detailed product specifications to avoid any ambiguity
  • Respond to any shopper inquiry within a maximum of two hours
  • Never order prohibited goods under any name or pretext

6. Withdrawal Policy & Binding Nature

7. In-App Chat Usage

Once the purchase is completed by the shopper, the transaction becomes legally binding — arbitrary cancellation is not permitted after this stage.
